perubahan diri
hai....masih tak terlambat nak wish selamat tahun baru....baru bulan dua kan...hehhehe...masuk je tahun baru pasti kebanyakan dari kita ada azam sendiri untuk diri sendiri...bagi pendapat saya orang yang ada azam nie sangat bagus...kenapa yea???sebab nyeaaa, cuba kita fikir sejenak...orang yang ada azam bermaksud dia ada effort nk improve diri ke arah yang lebih baik...tapi sejauh mana kita nak pastikan azam tu dapat kita realisasikan...secara am nya atas diri sendirilah sejauh mana kita nak azam tu dicapai..tapi ada la tip yang dapat kita buat...contohnya niat kita nak berubah tu kena betul...bukan apa...apa yang saya tahu la...perkara yang kita buat yang dimulakan niat yang betul dan tak memudaratkan diri kita dan oranglain...insha allah apa yang kita hajatkan dapat...selain itu berusaha secara beristiqamah tu penting jugak..huhuu..bye..

reflection virtual microbe (group 17)
hi,everyone.....how are you this morning??...i hope all of you are in good mood and always happy to start your new day...without wasting the time, i will start to compose my reflection on my virtual microbe project..this virtual microbe project is the collaborating of my university which is Universiti Putra Malaysia with other local universities like UMT,UKM and UM...this is very interesting project as we have to chose one microorganism to be adopted...first i thought this virtual project is very difficult to be carry on...because we have to discuss on air among of us to finish the task...this is quite challenging to me as i never do it before...we use ZOOM apps as our tools to carry our discussion..in our first discussion it, i feel very nervous and awkward to start the conversation as we do not know each other....but i told myself that i have to be brave and try to make the situation like we are very close and already know each other..i am very grateful as we settle down smoothly until the third video discussion...we have choose one bacterial to be adopted which is Microbacterium Leprae...this microbe was discovering by Gernard Armaeur..it is acid fast bacillus that can cause leprosyThis microbes can carry on its reproduction by sexual and asexual depend on that time.Microbacterium Leprae is hetetrophs or they rely on other organism for food sources.it takes the longest doubling time compared to others bacteria.
so, that are some example that i can share what i have get from this adopt microbe...before this i do not know much on this bacteria..after our group carry adopted and find some info about this Mycobacterium Leprae , i can adding my knowledge to this..I am very happy doing his project..because i have learnt many new things apart from know M.Leprae..i known how to use ZOOM apps to discuss when our group is far apart..next i learnt to make a easy and beautiful online flipbook and digital scrapbook using cliptomize...next..i want to say thanks you to my microbiology lecturer which is Dr Wan as she always help us when doing this project from the start until the end..and also to my team mate as they give their full cooperation and and spend their time to doing all this project...lastly, i am very enjoyed carry on this project as it is very knowledgeable to me....BYEEEE

Haa nii yang aku nak cerita sikit pasal ASPER inii. Sebenarnya Asasi UPM nihh sama jer macam asasi kat universiti lain cuma tambah satu subjek jer, pertanian. Lepasan ASPER nii tak semestinya waktu degree akan ambil course berkaitan pertanian jer. Actually banyak course yang ditawarkan untuk budak ASPER, medic, engineering, veterinar, architecture, education semua ada kat UPM nii. Kalau korang pilih UPM ini korang dah selangkah masuk ke universiti wehh. Pemilihan budak untuk ke degree UPM pun mereka akan utamakan budak ASPER paling kurang pun korang tercampak masuk ke diploma UPM. Lagi satu, nak join course pertanian nihh bukan mudah tau. Pertanian UPM nihh dikenali kut kat dunia nihh, jangan pandang sebelah mata jer.Asasi nie ada tiga sem ...nie antara gambar aktiviti -aktiviti asper:

Selfish Friendship
Let us enjoy reading this story of Selfish Friendship.
Once a cat was caught in a hunter's net. A mouse used to live in a nearby hole. The mouse seeing the cat in the net started playing around the cat.
Soon a mongoose came there. He wanted to kill the mouse. As he lifted his head, he saw an owl sitting on a tree trying to catch him. The mongoose went very near the cat's net to save himself. The mouse thought "When the hunter takes away the cat, the mongoose will not spare me and the owl is there to enjoy both of us."
The Mouse went to the cat and said,
"I can cut the net if you promise to save my life from the mongoose and the owl." The cat agreed. The mouse started cutting the net slowly and freed the cat only when the hunter was just near the cat. The cat took to heels and so ran the mongoose too. The owl was very much disappointed to see even the mouse running away to safety.
A few days later, the cat being hungry, went to the hole of the mouse and requested him to come out for a game. The mouse replied,
"I sought friendship and saved you to save my life." Now you can go home.
MORAL : Don’t nurture friendship with selfish people.
The Foolish Donkey
A salt seller used to carry the salt bag on his donkey to the market every day. On the way they had to cross a stream. One day the donkey suddenly tumbled down the stream and the salt bag also fell into the water. The salt dissolved in the water and hence the bag became very light to carry. The donkey was happy.
Then the donkey started to play the same trick every day. The salt seller came to understand the trick and decided to teach a lesson to it. The next day he loaded a cotton bag on the donkey. Again it played the same trick hoping that the cotton bag would be still become lighter.
But the dampened cotton became very heavy to carry and it suffered much. It learnt a lesson. Afterwards it did not play the trick and the seller was happy.
MORAL : Luck won't favour always.
The Greedy Lion
It was a hot summer day. A lion was feeling very hungry.
He came out of his den and searched here and there. He could find only a small hare. He caught the hare with some hesitation. "This hare cannot fill my tummy" thought the lion.
As the lion was about to kill the hare, a deer ran that way. The lion became greedy. He thought, "Instead of eating this small hare, let me eat the big deer". He let the hare go and went behind the deer. But the deer had vanished into the forest. The lion now felt sorry for letting the hare off.
MORAL : A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.

KHASIAT BUAH BETIK
Betik merupakan tumbuhan yang banyak terdapat di Asean. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Mexico Selatan, namun kini pokoknya ditanam di hampir semua negara beriklim tropika. Pokok betik menghasilkan buah yang boleh dimakan. Buah betik banyak dijual di pasar-pasar, termasuk pasar tani, dan pasar sayur. Pucuk betik sering dicelur untuk dijadikan ulam dan dimakan bersama sambal belacan. Pucuk muda betik berasa pahit, manakala buah muda betik jika dibuat halwa berasa masam-masam manis..
Kaya dengan vitamin c
Buah betik yang ranum kaya dengan vitamin C, mempunyai kandungan serat yang tinggi. Selain itu, ia juga mengandungi air, protein, lemak, serat, zat besi, fosforus, kalium, kalsium, natrium, niasin, riboflavin, tiamin, karpain, karposid, mirosin, papain dan pektin
.Kaya dengan vitamin A
Buah betik kaya dengan vitamin A (kulitnya) dan juga kalium. Nutrien -nutrien penting yang terkandung dalam betik, menjadikan tumbuhan ini mempunyai nilai-nilai perubatan yang tersendiri.
Mengubati sakit-sakit otot
Daun betik yang dilayur di atas api dapat mengubati sakit-sakit otot apabila dilekapkan pada bahagian yang sakit. Bagi mengubati sakit sendi pula, meminum air perahan dari daun muda yang ditumbuk lumat dan dicampurkan dengan sedikit perahan limau nipis boleh membantu.
Ubat bagi sembelit dan bawasir
Jika mengalami sembelit cubalah memakan betik. Ia murah lagi selamat. Betik juga penawar yang ideal bagi penyakit bawasir berdarah, Malah menurut para doktor dengan mengamalkan memakan beberapa potong buah betik selepas makan, bukan saja dapat membantu penghadaman makanan serta membekalkan berbagai-bagai vitamin, zat galian dan serat yang kita perlukan, bahkan dapat menjauhkan kita daripada cacing pita dan kerawit di dalam perut. Ini kerana betik mengandungi unsur yang disebut ‘ anthelmintic’ yang dapat membunuh kuman
